IRVINE & CONNER PLLC AND BURNS CHAREST LLP READY TO WORK WITH CLIENTS, AND ANNOUNCE PUBLIC MEETINGS

As described in our prior email, the Court is now setting deadlines in the Harvey Flooding case. Three attorneys at our two firms have been appointed as Co-Lead Counsel for the “upstream” cases (link here). The upstream cases cover the areas within the Addicks and Barker Reservoir Design Flood Pool.

You are on a list of property owners who may have suffered damage due to the flooding. However, you are not represented by us until you sign our engagement letter. If you want to receive our engagement letter and be represented for your case, please contact us at addicksbarker@irvineconner.com or harvey@burnscharest.com. If you have already signed an engagement letter with us, then we represent you. Also, you can call, 888-248-5215 or 713-533-1704, or visit www.insideaddicksbarker.com for more information.

Please understand how important it is for us to process and collect information about affected upstream property owners as soon as possible, as this case moves forward. This step is critically important while everyone’s information and documentation of your losses are still fresh. In addition, we are working on providing guidance to our homeowner clients to be sure they are aware of developments, and kept up to speed on best practices for record retention.

If you want to come meet us, and learn about the lawsuit in person, we are hosting meetings this coming weekend:

Beck Junior High, cafeteria, 1pm Sunday, December 10
5200 S Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77450

Mayde Creek Junior School, cafeteria, 4pm, Sunday December 10
2700 Greenhouse Rd, Houston, TX 77084

We are hosting these meetings for new or prospective clients. But existing clients are welcome to attend if you have questions, or as always, you may call our firms with any questions, 713-533-1704, or 888-248-5215. Please feel free to forward this email onto friends and neighbors.

Kind regards,

Charles Irvine
